September 7-13, 2026, 10:00am MSUB City College 3803 Central Ave The Breakfast Exchange Club of Billings invites the community to experience the Spirit of Freedom Field--a moving display of 1,000 American flags honoring the lives lost in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. Each flag represents remembrance, sacrifice, freedom, and the enduring strength of the American spirit. The display will be open throughout the week of September 7-13 at MSU Billings City College in Billings, MT. We invite you to walk among the flags, pause for reflection, and join our community in ensuring that we never forget. |
Flag Sponsorship & DedicationDedicate a flag $100 each Flags may be dedicated in honor or memory of anyone who holds a special place in your heart--including veterans, active-duty military members, first responders, Gold Star families, patriotic Americans, loved ones who inspire service, or someone whose memory you wish to celebrate. Your dedicated flag will be displayed among the 1000 flags during the 7-day Spirit of Freedom Field event. At the conclusion, your flag will be available for you to pick up, along with the laminated direction tag.
